Job Description
- Excellent experience on working on job portals like Naukri and social networking sites like Linkedin etc to get the right profiles in shortest possible time.
- Sourcing through Headhunting, Mapping.
- Understanding the job requirement, quickly source and select the best resume.
- Convincing the candidate for the opportunity.
- Schedule interviews and get feedback from Interview Panels
- Guiding and facilitating the candidates in areas of compensation, DOJ extension; thereby ensuring that the candidate joins.
- Follow up with the candidate till the date of joining.
- Post joining follows up with the candidate to maintain good relations
- Maintaining Recruitment database.
- Mentor juniors & interns.
