Job Description
- Responsible for the entire recruitment life cycle.
- Emailing and lining up the candidates for the interview with the company HR for face to face.
- Screening resumes, short listing candidates, scheduling as well as coordinating interviews, campus recruitment, end to end process in recruitment.
- Taking Interviews of the candidates over the phone and also face to face Interviews in order to check their communications
- Preparing reports on excel (daily, monthly weekly reports)
- Maintain daily tracker
