- Job role: Recruitment Consultant
- Job Location: East Delhi, Laxmi Nagar
- Experience into Recruitment, Resume sourcing, Resume screening, Conducting interviews, Job portals, Job posting and Follow Ups.
- Excellent communication skill
- Basic knowledge of Job portals and Sites.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Graduates/Post Graduates
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Handling the recruitment process of sourcing till joining of the candidate.
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
- Prepare and post jobs to appropriate job portals etc.
- Source candidates by using databases, job portals, social media etc.
- Screen candidates resumes and job applications.
- Arranging interviews and follow up.
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
