Position: HR Recruiter/ Sr. HR Executives/ Assistant Manager HR
Experience: 6 Months- 3years
Roles and Responsibility:
- Handle end to end Recruitment Process,
- To identify the best mix of resources to source top talent using our research function, job boards, web searches, College Placements, referrals and industry-specific sources
- Work with hiring managers to maximize effectiveness of recruiting process by ensuring job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and candidates are assessed against appropriate criteria
- Source & Screen profiles short-list the candidates in preliminary rounds.
- Collaborate with the Recruitment Manager and the business functions to plan and implement effective recruiting strategies.
- Manage complete recruitment process to meet the various staffing goals across all levels within multiple business units.
- Co-ordination with client, Searching, Analyzing and understanding requirements.
- Follow up with all the scheduled candidates and coordinate with the client regarding updates,
- Follow up with the candidates till on-boarding,
- Daily, weekly and monthly reporting,
- Good Communication Skills, Sound Knowledge of Staffing
- Sound Knowledge of MS office,
- Qualification: Any graduate/ Postgraduate/MBA/PGDM/PGDBM
Salary: 1.8L to 3Lacs
