Job Description
- The role will involve some or all of the following:Sourcing, Screening and managing candidates pipeline.
- Scheduling interviews, briefing and debriefing candidates before and after interviews.
- Training & mentoring the candidates
- Maintaining timely documentation of all conversations with candidates within our internal database.
- Assisting in generating references from conversations with candidates.
- Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
- Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
- Prepare and post jobs to appropriate
- Job Portals/social sites/colleges campuses etc
- Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media etc
- Conduct interviews using various reliable personnel selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
- Assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
- Monitor and apply hr recruiting best practices
- Provide analytical and well documented reports to the rest of the team
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
- Relationship management with clients, become one point of contact for the follow ups of interview, new position & payment collection
- Coordinate assessment process, including survey process Market mapping and capturing key learning and insights from different organizations
- Preparing Cultural Best Practices Report, Benchmark Report and other Research Reports
- Document learning, and publishing articles
- Support business development activities
