Responsibilities of Associate Consultant/ Consultant / Senior Consultant:  0.6 years - 3 years of experience in direct recruiting, ideally with some Banking/Technology experience.  She/He will be working on mid and senior level mandates that the firm receives from its global Banking and Financial Services and Technology consulting clients.  The primary task will be to first understands the Clients Requirements for Various Technical and Functional Roles, identify potential candidates that would fit the requirements and facilitate the entire hiring process – from search to joining.  This may involve co-ordination with Client Recruiter/HR and Business Managers.  We make extensive use of search tools like Job Sites, Social Networking, internal and external Databases and targeted headhunting of desired profiles. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking systems, e.g. Taleo is desirable.  The position calls for very high attention to detail, ability to learn and educate oneself about clients business, technical and functional skills for various roles in the search mandates and excellent communication and influencing skills.
Work Location:Ground Floor, 445,AIHP Horizin, Udyog Vihar Phase – V, Gurgaon. We do not provide company transport (pick up and drop) and hence those not living in Gurgaon, should make sure of being able to commute on their own or be able to relocate to Gurgaon.Remuneration:Our compensation inludes a Fixed Salary plus Variable Incentives.
