Job Description
Job Title: Recruiter
Location : Kolkata Sector V (WFH temporary due to Covid)
Full-time Permanent.
Report to: AVP-HR Learning & Development.
Education: Bachelors degree or equivalent.
Experience : 2+ Years.
Salary : As per industry standards.
Prepare recruitment activities Job descriptions and post jobs to appropriate job boards .
Source and recruit candidates by using databases, job boards, social media etc.
Doing End to End internal/External Recruitment.
Plan and coordinate mass recruiting events if required, for instance, bulk hiring,
recruitment drives, etc.
Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers to schedule interviews and Informing candidates about the results of their interviews.
Serve as the first point of contact for all candidates at all levels.
