Roles & Responsibilities:
- Understand and ability to execute independently the end-to-end recruitment cycle
- Should be able to handle Campus Recruitments efficiently.
- Branding the organization using different Social Media sources, coordinating with Campuses to attract high quality talent.
- Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
- Good knowledge of Computer (Word, Excel, Power Point), Internet.
- Office administration, procurement of office infrastructure and inventory management
Skills Required:
- Decent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Should be able to communicate in English fluently (knowledge on other language will be an added advantage)
- Attention to detail, Socially adept
- Ability to handle multiple tasks.
- The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
