Handling end to end recruitment and selection process.
Understanding and Developing Job Description and Job Specification of particular vacancy.
Screening via job portals.
Preliminary screening/ shortlisting of candidates.
Conducting interviews - Walk-ins / Telephonic.
Validating candidates based on their skills sets, CTC, communication skills & notice periods and choosing the right candidate.
Preparing daily, weekly, monthly MIS reports for management.
Pre and Post-offer follow ups with candidates to ensure timely joining.
Prepare offer letter, complete joining formalities, documentations etc.
Note: Must have 2 Years EXP as HR.ONLY FEMALE CANDIDATES CAN APPLY
