We are hiring for the post of HR Recruiter position - fresher role. Candidates who are staying very far from Kukatpally are not eligible to apply. Out station fresher’s candidate also can apply who are fine to relocate to Hyderabad

Responsiblities: The recruiting, interviewing, and screening responsibilities of HR recruiters can be further broken down by daily responsibilities, which include:

Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.
Screening resumes on Job Portals
Performing phone interviews with candidates
Administering appropriate company assessments
Performing reference and background checks
Making recommendations to company hiring managers
Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers
Following up on the interview process status
Maintaining relationships both internally and candidates to ensure staffing goals are achieved
Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process
Completing timely reports on employment activity

Eligibility Criteria:

Any graduate and Post graduates (2017,2018,2019, 2020 and 2021 passed-outs only) and Immediate joiners.
Candidates who are still pursuing/having backlogs are not eligible.
Decent communication skills.

CTC: 1.5 Lakh Per Annum + Performance based incentives every month
