Job Description
- Manpower Planning & Budgeting - Analyse, plan and budget for manpower requirement as per business needs.
- HR budgeting(Revenue). Implement plan to manage cost within budget.
- Effective and timely manpower planning & budgeting.
- Performance Management - Coordinate & Implement performance management system.
- Coordinate goal setting, end year review exercise.
- Implement & Monitor Performance Reviews of trainee/probationers.
- Effective Performance Management & Facilitate growth plan.
- Closely working and monitoring on Cost of HR and Admin and objective to be reducing maximum of 10 % on HR personnel cost (Staff & CL) and Admin cost.
- Ensure that plant has 95 % availability on Manpower for both Permanent & Contract Labour to avoid production loss.
- Organisation Communication - Driving organisation communication & policies.
- Effectively Driving organisation communication.
- Coordination with Corporate HR & Other lead functions/ sites for effective implementation of employee benefit programs, HR policies. processes.
- Effective & Timely coordination leading to successful implementation of policies.
- Employee Retention & Succession Planning - Formulate & implement suitable employee retention plan. Succession planning to support business continuity.
- Managing attrition within acceptable standard.
- Effective succession planning to support business continuity.
- Frequent Interaction with Site leadership team regarding shop floor activities in order to provide support on manpower for increasing the production activities.
- Ensure that site to be 100 % complied on statutory compliances.
- Frequent discussion with site HR team and provide support in all the aspects to achieve the targets within the timeline.
