Job Description
- Designation: HR Recruiter.
- Qualification: ANY DEGREE/ ANY B TECH/ MBA
- Recruitment (Sourcing and Exploring potential candidates)
- Posting, screening interview schedule through various source
including internet social media and other sources
- Candidate has to have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Statistical data maintenance of given territory about manpower.
- Maintain data base of Consultant Manpower supplier, and Manpower agencies
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel)
- Achieving
set targets.
- Coordinates with agencies, participation in, setup display, and work at job
fairs
- Interacting with clients for scheduling of Interviews & drives or
line up.
- Should follow code of conduct
- Candidate
must possess good listening skills, Confidence, Multitasking ability, Time
management skill, Quick learner and Team working ability
- Will
be able to Join Immediately 10 to 15 days of Notice Period.
