Job Description
Responsibilities and Duties• Searching suitable candidates as per company s requirements.
• Managing complete recruitment process for sourcing the best talent to the company within set timelines.
• Coordinate with Candidates and Vendors.
• Scheduling Interviews and Follow- up with candidates.
• Sourcing & Screening of candidates through Job Portals, Social Platform, emails, professional networking, head hunting and Campus Recruitment.
• Initial screening of the candidates/ helping in recruitment processes.
• Communicating with all candidates on a regular basis.
• Maintain contact with the offered candidates till their joining and completing the formalities
