Designation- HR Recruiter ( UK Shift – 3:pm to 12:am)
Experience- 2yrs to 4yrs into Domestic Recruiting – BPO Industries (Preferable)
Salary- 10-30% Hike
Location- Malakpet, Hyd
Qualification- MBA in HR or Any Relevant
Gender- Male/Female
Transportation: We provide Drop facility for Female’s only
Job Description:
- Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs
- Sourcing & Screening resumes.
- Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates
- Administering appropriate company assessments
- Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers
- Following up on the interview process status
- Maintaining relationships with Hiring Managers to ensure staffing goals are achieved
- Communicating employer information and benefits during the screening process
- Completing timely reports on employment activity
We are into US Staffing and we need HR Executives(UK Shift) who can fulfil our requirements. Need to be good at Sourcing skills.
