Job responsibilities:-
- End to end Recruitment of the entire profiles (IT and Non-IT profiles) pan India.
- Understanding clients requirements & sourcing relevant profiles
- Creating Job Descriptions
- Posting Job Advertisements on Job Portals & Social Networking sites.
- Screening, Resume Shortlisting, and Scheduling interviews
- Recruitment of all the profiles
- MIS Preparing of selections And Joining.
- To Work on various hiring requirements across industry verticals.
- Sending mass Emails and SMS to candidates.
- Working on various portals(Naukri.com,Timesjob.com etc) towards Talent Acquisition.
- Training will be given to you.
- Fresher as well experienced candidates are welcome.
- Experienced candidates will get a hike in their Salary.
- Job Type: Full-time
- Salary: ₹8,000.00 to ₹15,000.00 /month
