We are currently looking to hire US Recruiters or Sourcers for our existing team. We are growing and so we are looking for dynamic players in the market to come and help us grow. We strongly believe in connecting with your Institution to receive some passive candidates.
Job Description:
- Outbound calling and emailing to source candidates for all required profiles
- Recruit top talent including sourcing, interviewing and reference checking
- Using job portals to source candidates
- Determine and implement recruiting best practices
- Keeping track of all sourcing and recruitment and maintaining database
- Ability to work with own initiative and as part of a team
- Conduct phone interviews.

- Effective interpersonal skills and Strong communication skills
