and retaining employees is one job of an HR recruiter. HR professionals

implementing recruiting plans and strategies, striving to

Responsibilities and Duties
· Designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy
· Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media etc
· Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions
· Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
· Promote the company’s reputation as “best place to work”
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
· Minimum of 6 months experience in recruitment.
· Fast preference for consultancy worker.
· Relationship building skills.
· Good communication skill.
