Job Description
- Actively participate in End to End recruitment process of candidates across India in various companies.
- Have to search, find and shortlist candidates from various job sites and have to understand the profiles for suitable placement for them.
- Proper profiling of candidates, have to call them up and offering suitable openings for them
- Maintaining day wise tackers of sourcing and ensuring to use quality recruitment skills to meet the target
- Maintaining office decorum, Follow ups with candidates and to look after of retention of candidates.
