Job Description
What does a Recruiter do?
- A successful recruiter will be able to attract candidates using various sources, like Job portal, social media networks and employee referrals.
Responsibilities Overall
- Design and implement overall recruiting strategy – Daily Activities Plan
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board – Job Post
- Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc – Candidate Calling
- Screen candidates resumes and job applications – Screen Candidate
- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes – Update Tracker
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process – Client Relation Building
- Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work” – YTS believes in Together we can achieve
- Source through Naukri, Monster, Linkedin, etc. and share quality profiles as per Job Description - Source
- Interview and select applicants for technical positions - Interview
- Check references - Reference
- Participate in implementing new recruiting technology – Training & Learning
