Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION(SUMMARY):
- Be the face of Hapstive to build a strong team for Recruitment.
- Build a relationship between the candidates and the clients as well as focus on company success.
- Accomplish target efficiently and effectively at the best Turn Around Time.
- Communicate with candidates on each stage of recruitment process.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Discuss and understand the details of job opening from the Clients.
- Develop job descriptions and job specifications for each job openings.
- Record call list report and daily progress card.
- All jobs assigned have to be completed within the agreed time frame.
- Understand the job task and actively work to accomplish.
- Identify the best tools to get the best profiles for each requirement.
- Post jobs to appropriate job boards/online portals/social media etc to get the maximum reach to candidates.
- Sourcing candidates from various portals like Naukri, TimesJob, Indeed etc., as per the position requirements.
- Use Boolean searches, Truncation and Wildcard to identify and engage potential candidates.
- Discuss and verify the candidate potential with the Client requirement.
- Forward and clarify the details of screened profiles with the clients.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Receive Feedback and report updates on a regular basis with the supervisor.
- Arrange and follow-up in the each set of recruitment and produce results.
