Remuneration For Freshers in Recruitment

Every Selected Candidate would be on probation for three months on below given Structure -

Total CTC ( First Three months of Probation )

8000 Fixed + Mobile + Incentives upto 10 k per quarter

For Experienced Candidates in Recruitment

10000 Fixed + 5000 Variable + Mobile Allowance + incentives ( First Three months)

After the Probation of three months CTC would be revised from1.44 10 1.8 LPA for freshers .

After Probation Experienced Candidate will get 20 to 40 % Hike on Net Take home .
