We are Hiring for HR Trainee / Recruitment Executive / Talent Management Professional for our executive search firm based in Lucknow .

Remuneration For Freshers in Recruitment

Every Selected Candidate would be on probation for three months on below given Structure -

Total CTC ( First Three months of Probation )

12 CTC - 9840 ( Fixed ) + 2160 ( Variables ) + Mobile Expenses

For Experienced Candidates in Recruitment

18 CTC - 12500 ( Fixed ) + 5500 ( Variables )

After the Probation of three months the Take home Salary would be revised by 20% to 40 percent .

Work Profile -

Working as an Active Performer in Recruitment Team and contributing your skills for the goals and targets of team .

You Need to Source Candidates through different recruitment tools such as Naukri Portal , Campus , Social Media Hiring, References , Telephonic assessment etc.
