· Develop and execute recruiting plans.
· Advertising jobs on careers pages, job boards, and social media
· Sourcing candidates through Job portals, social platforms, and other relevant resources.
· Screening incoming resumes as well as application forms
· Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates
· Lining up candidates according to the parameters
· Coordinating with the management of Profile feedbacks.
· Following up on the candidate till joining.
· Build long-term relationships with past and potential candidates
· Maintaining Database and reporting to management.
· End To End recruitment cycle
