Job Description
Candidate should be any Graduate /MBA /PGDM -HR with minimum 2 years’ experience in Overseas / Domestic
recruitment consultancy.
Hands on experience in entire recruitment life cycle.
Letter, email drafting.
Knowledge of working in Outlook and ERP system.
Sourcing profiles from Naukri, LinkedIn, References, Internal Database.
Interact with candidate, doing initial screening and scheduling the interviews.
Should be able to understand and explain job requirements to the candidates.
Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
Maintaining and updating the database of the candidates.
Should be quick learner
Accomplishes human resources and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
Candidate from Mumbai location is preferred only.
Immediate joining preferred.
