Designation: HR Recruiter/ Sr. HR Recruiter/ Team leader

Job Description:-

Involved in full hiring cycle of recruiting suitable candidates in various organizations entailing the following functions:
Responsible for Recruitment cycle. Downloading, screening, short listing CV.
Sourcing candidates by using various Job Portals, Cross leads, Head Hunting (Resourcing from competitor organizations of the clients), Networking & References.
Research on the Client's background & understanding position requirements before pitching to the candidate.
Scrutinizing the resumes, interacting with candidates to understand their capabilities, strengths, limitations etc. & ensuring the right match.
Responsible for internal and external recruitment.
Education: Any Graduate/Post graduate/10+2
Experience: Min 1 to 5 years’ experience in recruitment or HR field.
Shift time: Day shift (10:30AM-07:30PM)
Working Days : 6 Days ( Sun Day Fix Off)
Requirement: Should have Excellent Communication Skills in English and knowledge about recruitment joining as soon as possible.
Salary: As per Candidate’s Calibre and Potential.
