- End To End Recruitment
- Analyzing & Understanding the Client requirements
- Screening the CVs of the candidates from various sources like Job Portals (Naukri,LinkedIn etc) and validating them on their experience and interest on the role.
- Scheduling the interviews by coordinating with candidates and the concerned HOD.
- Follow-up with selected candidates to confirm their DOJ and keep the respectivedepartments/ Clients informed of the same.
- Job Posting on Various Social Media Sites• Mass mailing
