Urgent opening for the Position of HR Recruiter
Designation: HR Recruiter
Location: Andheri (W)
Qualification: Graduate
Experience: 0-1yr
Shift Time: 12.00pm-7.00 pm(Sunday fixed off)
Responsibilities and Duties
1. Understand the client requirements and accordingly execute a search plan for identifying potential candidates to fit the client requirement.
2. Source candidates using multiple sourcing channels including internal databases, job boards, head-hunting and networking.
3. Engage candidates for strategically positioning job opportunities and client organizations.
4. Perform counselling with the candidates to assist them in taking the right decision.
5. Understand the candidate's profile to evaluate role fitment (screening & shortlisting).
6. Build and strengthen candidate relationships to be able to network and headhunt passive job seekers
7. Manage, schedule and coordinate the related activities in the entire recruitment process
8. Build and strengthen client relationships to be able to streamline and improve service delivery
9. Handle the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Desired candidate:
- Good Communication Skill
- Keen to Learn.
- Recruiting candidates for BPO & Corporate.
- Handling end-to-end Recruitment from the screening of candidates till joining.
- Taking a telephonic round of interview with candidates.
- Good with Excel Knowledge.
- Proactive.
- Confident while talking with candidates.
- Minimum HSC required with Experience or Graduate Fresher with Excellent Communication Skills.

Salary: ₹3,000.00 to ₹20,000.00 /month
