Job Description
Role:
- Handle end-to-end IT recruitment.
- Ensure deliverables to client and ensure good turn around time.
- Monitor candidate handling to ensure closures.
- Develop good sourcing skills
Desired candidate:
- Should know how to use Windows and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel)
- Excellent communication skills
- Degree/knowledge of HR field
- Good Education %/Marks (Minimum 60-65%)
- Knowledge of IT preferred but not mandatory
