Job Description
- Understanding and analyzing the client's manpower requirements of various skill sets.
- Shortlisting candidates sourced through portals (Naukri, Monster and Shine), employee referrals, internal database, cold calling and Mass mailing and validating them on their experience and interest on the role.
- CV screening, interviewing and Headhunting of a particular skill set, finding candidates for executive and specialist positions.
- Identifying the right candidates with required Skillset and experience.
- Telephonic screening of the profiles, checking for Technical Fitment, Behavioral Fitment & Stability.
- Speaking to the candidates and scheduling them for the interview.
- Coordinating with the HR of the company for requirements and feedback of
candidates.
- Maintained a proper follow up with the candidates, from the point of interview till
the joining. Maintaining an updated MIS.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹10,000.00 to ₹15,000.00 /month
