Profile HR Executive/ Sr. HR Executive
Details
Handling the recruitment team of 3 people,
Handling complete coordination with the client.
Responsible to help the recruiter to complete the assigned target
Co-ordinating with clients whenever required.
Create the brief for any postings be advertised or promoted.
Preliminary screening /shortlisting the right qualitative profile against the given requirement.
Schedule interviews shortlisted candidates and coordinate with technical panel/HR for shortlists & feedback.
Discuss, negotiate & finalize on the compensation & offer, salary negotiations, hand holding the candidate till the
date of joining, close Follow-Up.
Prepare a weekly Recruitment Tracker and maintain a history of communication with all applicants.
Timing: 9.30 6.30
6 Days Working Alternate Saturdays Off
Salary: 10k 18k
