We are hiring HR Recruiter for our own firm.

Responsibilities and Duties

Responsibilities:

• Handle End to End Recruitment.
• Source candidates via portals; Shine, Times Job, Indeed, Quickr, Monster etc.
• Screen, Filter and review the candidates CV as per the clients requirements.
• Receive and review applications, manage interviews or tests and create a shortlist of candidates for the client.
• Request references and check the suitability of applicants before submitting their details to the client.
• Organizing interviews for candidates as requested by the client.
• Counseling and coaching candidates for interview, coordinate with the candidates if they have attended the interview.
• Negotiate the pay and salary rates and finalize arrangements between client and candidates.
• Offer advice to both clients and candidates on pay rates, training and career progression.
• Ensure timely feedbacks are received from the clients.
• Post new openings on Portals.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

IMP:

• Require excellent communications skills. (Write, Read & Speak)
• Consistent learner and is comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
• Should have done sourcing using several portals.
• Qualification: Undergraduate / Graduate
  
• Exp: Minimum 6 months experience in recruitment
  
• Gender: Open
  
• Location: Andheri, 5 mins walking from Azad Nagar Metro Station.
  
• Hours & Days: Monday to Saturday: 10.00 am to 7.00 pm (No late hours working)
  
• Notice Period: Candidates who can join at the earliest.
