Job Description
Looking for IT & lateral hiring experienced recruiters for our team for Mumbai (Malad),
- Your role would involve all aspects of the recruitment cycle -
- Searching suitable profiles using job portals, social Media and internal data base
- Sourcing profiles & Head hunting/ Generating references
- Contacting the candidates and generating their interest for the position being offered.
- First level Interview and Screening of candidates
- Coordinating between clients and candidates for interview scheduling & documentation of selected candidates, etc
- Building rapport with the clients to generate additional requirements by reaching “top of the mind” recall.
