Qualification Details :
· PG in MBA (HR specialization)/BBA

· End-end Recruitment, Social Media Recruitment, Headhunting
· Ensure latest in recruitment technology and tools
· Identify and create a sustainable talent pool
· Creatively tap untapped resource pool
· Raise the hiring bar
· Coordinate with respective clients to define recruitment requirements, job specs, interview processes
· You will be responsible for the entire life-cycle of tech recruitment including strategy, sourcing, short-listing, pitching, communication, coordination, scheduling, and negotiation.
· Conducting recruitment interviews and providing the necessary inputs during the hiring process
· Conducting the first round of telephonic interview for the candidates to schedule interviews.
