Job Description
- Sourcing suitable CV's through existing database, employment portals, social networking sites, references, executive search and headhunting
- Interacting with various clients to understand the client requirements.
- Conducting telephonic interview to judge the candidate's suitability, attitude, academic & professional qualifications, experience, communication skills etc. before putting forward the cv to the client.
- Recruiting at all levels including junior, middle and senior Level positions.
- Regular and rigorous follow-up activities with clients.
- Develop creative and innovative resources through networking and other activities to attract qualified relevant candidates.
