Job Description:
Responsible for the full hiring cycle - Requirement gathering, sourcing, pre-screening, scheduling and coordinating for interviews.
Knowledge of Sourcing Candidates through various Job Portal like Naukri.com, Times job etc
Handling recruitment of different levels starting from Junior, Middle and Seniors etc.
Effectively using Personal Network Built up Database, Internet (Portals), Social networks such as LinkedIn and Employee referrals for prospecting.
Initial screening of the candidates like Communication check, collecting details like relevant experience, current and expected compensation, education, notice period in the current organization.
Pre-offer follow up- Checking candidate availability, Scheduling interviews for the Short-listed Candidates, getting feedback from Candidate after the interview.
Post-offer follow up- Regular follow-up with the offered candidates, gauge candidate's interest and motivate till joining.
Maintaining a cordial relationship with the candidate even after the candidate joins the client place.
Providing complete, accurate, and inspiring information to candidates about the company and position.
Maintaining daily/ weekly/monthly reports such as interview status reports, closure reports & feedback reports
Working days : 6 (Sunday Fixed off)
Salary Package : Negotiable
Job location : Noida Sec-63
