- Handling complete recruitment, sourcing, screening, follow-up, maintain tracker, salary negotiation.
- Sourcing the suitable and quality candidates from the target companies with the help of resources provided.
- Sourcing the candidate through job portals like Naukri and Monster and also through network and reference.
- Coordinating with them in weekday and weekends drive.
- Responsible to coordinate with the offered candidate until joins the organization.
- Recruiting appropriate candidates for contract, contract to hire and direct hire job orders.
- Should have excellent communication skills.
