Job Description
Experience: 6 months - 2 years
Shift: Nightshift from 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST.
Requirements:
- Over one year’s experience in US IT recruitment working on W2 and C2C requirements.
- Strong spoken communications skills
- Well versed with different tax terms and visa types.
Job Profile :
- Sourcing and Screening the candidates.
- Shortlisting the candidates according to the client requirement.
- Responsible for end to end recruitment.
- Generating leads from different portals and job sites.
- Posting jobs on different job sites.
- Following up with the candidates till the closure.
