- HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and screening of candidates for all IT/non-IT profiles from various job portals as per the client's requirement.
- Submitting the candidates for the suitable positions and following up.
- Scheduling interviews, salary negotiation, and follow-up.
- Update the interview feedback to candidates and responding to their query.
- Updating and maintaining the database, generate daily reports and update them.
- Should be highly motivated and a self-starter at work.
- Must have Good communication skill8. Willing to work 6 days a week.
- Candidate should have minimum 0-2 years of experience
