Job Description
- Designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy.
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
- Preparing recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job portals/newspapers/collegesetc.
- Sourcing potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. Linked in, Facebook and Whats app).
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
- Assess applicant’s relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selectionprocess.
- Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers.
- Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits.
- Promote company's reputation as 'best place to work'.
