Should have a minimum of 0.6 to 2 years of experience in BPO Hiring.
Aggressive candidate with a good passion for Recruitment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Good in Calling, Pouching, Scheduling of candidates.
Solid interviewing skills.
Should be good in negotiation skills.
Should have experience in Bulk hiring, Campus drive, Job fair.
Should be flexible for travelling for Campus drives, Job fairs and all.
Meeting the hiring speed matric by onboarding right talent candidates repairing of all MIS Reports/ Weekly reports/ Monthly reports & Consolidated Attrition reports.
Capable of preparing manpower budget.
Preparing of Offer letters, Appointment Letter,
Confirmation Letters, Relieving and Experience Letters.
Conducting Employee engagement activities.
Flexible in shift timings.
