Responsibilities and Duties
- Consistently recruiting excellent staff.
- Maintaining a smooth onboarding process.
- Developing clear policies and ensuring company policy awareness.
- Develop programs to enhance employee relations and offer employee support to each staff member.
- Bridge management and employee relations by hearing and resolving employee grievances; and counseling employees and team leaders.
- Nurture a positive working environment.
- Come up with new ways to measure employee morale and determine methods for improving overall employee satisfaction.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
- Enforces management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
- Retains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system and keeping past and current records.
- Prepares employee separation notices and related documentation, and conducts exit interviews to determine reasons behind separations.
- 2+ years of proven working experience as an HR manager or HR executive in a software company or startup environment.
- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
- Bachelor’s/Master's Degree in Human Resources or related business field.
- Exceptional communication skills, writing skills, interpersonal skills, and ethical mindset.
