Job Profile:
● Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques to screen, identify and select qualified candidates including cold calling, internet sourcing, and direct referrals.
● Placement of requirements on various job portals like Naukri.com, Monster.com, andTimesjob.com.
● Maintain Data Received through job portals.
● Placing of updated Resumes to clients through Team Leader.
● Scheduling shortlisted Candidates for an interview with the client.
● Taking Feedback from clients as well as Team leaders.
● Keeping followup till the candidates join with our clients.
