1. Sourcing relevant profiles from multiple job portals
2. Screening and skills assessment as per the job requirements
3. Scheduling follow - up coordinator with the candidate to ensure show up and feedback from the interviewer
4. Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
5. Proficient in the use of job boards like Monster, shine, Naukri, Linkedin, Google etc. to source candidate
6. Must have Good communication skills
