Job Description:

Outbound calling and emailing to source candidates for all required profiles
Recruit top talent including sourcing, interviewing and reference checking
Using job portals to source candidates
Determine and implement recruiting best practices
Keeping track of all sourcing and recruitment and maintaining database
Ability to work with own initiative and as part of a team
Conduct phone interviews.

Work Timings- Night Shifts(Monday To Friday)

Experience- 2-3 Years
