Key Responsibilities

4. Employer Branding & Networking

Promote the company’s employer brand through social media and recruitment events.
Attend job fairs, networking events, and university career programs.
Develop partnerships with educational institutions and recruitment agencies.

5. Compliance & Documentation

Ensure all recruitment processes comply with labor laws and company policies.
Maintain accurate records of interviews, candidate feedback, and hiring decisions.
Prepare reports on recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness).
