Job Description
Position Overview:
We are looking for a HR Recruiter to handle the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a good understanding of talent acquisition strategies, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Sourcing & Candidate Outreach:
- Identify and attract potential candidates using job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Conduct cold calling, email campaigns, and job postings to reach out to candidates.
2. Screening & Interview Coordination:
- Review resumes, applications, and conduct initial screenings.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit for the organization.
3. Recruitment & Selection Process:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including shortlisting, interviewing, and salary negotiation.
- Maintain candidate databases and ensure a smooth interview and selection process.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
4. Offer & Onboarding:
- Prepare and send offer letters and employment contracts.
- Coordinate with HR and hiring managers for a seamless onboarding process.
- Ensure all necessary documentation and background verification is completed.
5. Employer Branding & Market Research:
- Promote the company’s employer brand to attract top talent.
- Stay updated with recruitment trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring strategies.
Skills & Qualifications:
Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, PHR, or LinkedIn Recruiter) are a plus.
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Office, ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), and job portals.
- Good understanding of talent acquisition, HR policies, and employment laws.
