We are looking for dynamic and motivated HR Recruiter - Fresher/Experience to join our team.
The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing and hiring candidates for various positions. This role involves collaborating with department managers, identifying top talent, conducting interviews, and ensuring a smooth hiring process. Key Responsibilities:

⭐️Assist in the recruitment process, from job postings to onboarding.
⭐️Source and screen resumes to find the best talent for open positions.
⭐️Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
⭐️Maintain and update recruitment databases and candidate records.
⭐️Help with the development and execution of recruitment strategies.
⭐️Handle communication with candidates and ensure a smooth recruitment process.

Qualification:
Graduation/ PG/ UG perusing graduation can apply for the same. Any prior internship or exposure to recruitment will be an advantage.
