We are Hiring Freshers HR Recruiter

End to End Recruitment, coordinating with vendors & candidates
Sourcing
Screening
Cold calling
Shortlisting & interviewing candidates
Background checking
Verifying documents
Offering, processing
Onboarding & mobilizing.
MS - Office must
Good English command

The most important responsibility is to establish relationships with candidates. This can be done by:

Providing accurate and up-to-date information about the company and job openings

Answering questions candidly and honestly

Returning phone calls and emails promptly

Keeping in touch even when there are no open positions

Skills:

Knowledge of bureau of labor statistics and its regulations.

Strong understanding of HR functions, methods, strategies, procedures, and policies.

Familiar with sourcing techniques.

Strong analytical and organizational skills.

Outstanding knowledge of referral programs.

Proficiency in MS office.

Exceptional record-keeping skills.

Good time management skills.

Strong oral and written communication skills
