Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to handle end-to-end recruitment processes. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, experience in sourcing candidates, and the ability to manage multiple hiring requirements efficiently.
**Location:** WFH- Full Time
**Salary:** 4k Fix + Additional Incentive as per the performance
**Requirements: **
Minimum 6 months of hiring experience
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills
Boolean experience required
Source and recruit candidates for various industries
Conduct interviews and assessments
Manage the hiring process from start to finish
Collaborate with team members to meet recruitment targets
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition & Sourcing

Identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.

Source candidates using job portals, social media, referrals, and databases.

Conduct initial screening and shortlisting based on job requirements.
2. Interview & Selection Process
-
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

Conduct telephonic or in-person interviews for preliminary screening.

Assist in salary negotiation and offer rollouts.
3. Onboarding & Employee Engagement
-
Ensure smooth onboarding of new hires, including documentation and orientation.

Assist in employee engagement initiatives to improve retention.
4. Recruitment Strategy & Reporting
-
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment reports.
-
Work on improving hiring efficiency and reducing turnaround time.

Build and maintain relationships with colleges, placement agencies, and job consultants.
