Job Description
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Consultant to drive revenue growth, build long-term client relationships, and contribute to strategic sales planning. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in high-value sales, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a consultative selling approach. This role involves working closely with the marketing and operations teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences and maximize profitability.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Execution

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and inbound leads.

Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor offerings.

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets.
Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

Conduct face-to-face meetings, video calls, or phone consultations with clients to understand their requirements.

Provide expert advice on products/services to match client needs.
Sales Presentations & Closures

Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.

Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate pricing and contract terms.

Close deals efficiently while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Collaboration & Reporting

Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations, support) to ensure seamless client onboarding and fulfillment.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline updates using CRM tools.

Provide regular reports and feedback to the Sales Manager.
Mentoring & Support

Guide and mentor junior sales consultants or new team members.

Share best practices, success stories, and market insights with the team.
